Leveraging this background, you&rsquo;ll make an immediate impact via development and deployment of advanced analytical techniques across our fraud decisioning projects. You&rsquo;ll be contributing to our innovative, strategic, and high-performance team with a mission to improve the financial experience for all Canadians.</span></p>

    What you'll be doing:

    <ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop reporting capabilities to actively monitor performance, and identify trends to enable strategic business decisions</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Analyze risk profiles across the financial crimes vectors, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to best identify exposure/opportunities</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to integrate foundational risk practices</span></li></ul>

      Who we're looking for:

      <ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Intermediate knowledge of SQL, and/or Python</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Data-driven, eager to understand the numbers and provide meaningful insights</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in risk management and fraud analytics. AML analytics experience considered an asset</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt communication to different audiences</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Self-starter, highly focused; driven to achieve business objectives</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Self-organized, ability to prioritize effectively</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Able to collaborate with others, engage stakeholders purposefully</span></li></ul>
